We collect, process and retain your personal information including, but not limited to, name, address, email address and telephone numbers that directly or indirectly potentially indicate your identity.

You have the right to access, rectify or erase personal information, or restrict processing, or object to processing, as well as the right to data portability. Any requests to access/amend/delete data should be directed to katrinamerritt@yahoo.co.uk . You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner.  You also have the right to seek judicial remedy.

If you feel that we or any third party we use have not done enough to respect and protect your privacy and confidentiality, in the first instance please contact us or our data protection officer about any matters that concern you.

Security of data

Any data we store is held on servers within the EU. We will hold data collected for marketing purposes for up to 7 years unless there is a request to delete it before this time.

Our website has the Google analytics plugin installed. The purpose of this is to allow us to monitor website activity, visitor numbers, pages visited, referring sites, keywords used. Information it will tell us about you includes your country, operating system, device type, IP address. Appendix 1 Use of cookies
